Trees are our Wise Ancestors. As people, we come from deep relation with Trees & this kinship is still ever-present. Let us once again look to Trees who understand how to work in community, who know how to offer devotion daily with their dance in the wind & providing homes & food for so many, who know how to live in an ever-dynamic balance with their surroundings, who know how to transform death into life, who know how to live among the elements in a constant & wise way.
‘Deepening with the Trees’ is based on a year-long course, devoting a year to the Trees; split into three sections for the 2026 year, Winter/Spring & Summer/Autumn. The Spring/Summer series has seven classes of fifteen.
In each class, we will honor two trees, be promoted to find where they live in our own surroundings & spend time with them. In the classes, we will touch on some Tree identification & the physical, emotional, spiritual medicine of these Trees. Each class will have a focus on a way of being that the Trees specialize in.
We will explore different ways of relating with these ancient allies from recipes, spirit work ideas, & journaling, to tree movement & journeys with the trees. We will share in Tree tea & create a medicine with one of the Trees being honored. Continued work with the trees during the months is encouraged.
Classes will be held four Thursday eves, 6-8 pm,

November 19: Ancestor Veneration: Elm/Holly
December 10: : Death/Rebirth Fir/Yew
Autumn/Winter Series: $120- 160 sliding scale. Class size limited to 8.
